These Terms govern your use of the BLNAK Android application (the "App") and this website (together, the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The App is free software, provided at no charge, and its source code is published under the GNU General Public License v3.0 on GitHub. You may use, modify, and redistribute it subject to the terms of that license. Nothing in these Terms overrides the rights granted by the underlying open-source license.

The Service itself does not integrate third-party services. However, the Service is distributed through Google Play, and your download and installation are additionally subject to Google's terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction of the project maintainers, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
